Throughout the Sprint, you’ll be supported with insight from CityFibre expert Joanna, a clear activity brief, and all the resources you’ll need to complete the task. You’ll research common broadband pain points, explore examples of digital support tools, and build your own simple wireframe or mock-up. You’ll also have access to a model answer and a debrief that walks you through how a professional would approach this customer experience challenge.
